When will my hat ship?
Merch orders are printed on-demand and are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer. We have a good relationship with our merch supplier to manufacture high quality products and ship them well, but we have little control over their policies.
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
USA: 3-4 business days
International: 5-15 business days
What is the return policy?
All merchandise items (such as T-shirts, hats, and apparel) are produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a replacement or refund.
