Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, including music and clothing. Our focus is on ensuring that our artists receive maximum support from each purchase. Accepting returns or exchanges would significantly impact the resources we can provide to them.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@oldsoulmusic.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll assess the situation and discuss available options with you. Please note that if the item is no longer in stock, we may not be able to offer a replacement.

International Orders and Taxes
We highly recommend that customers purchase from regional retailers if not located in North America to avoid paying international shipping fees. However, if you do decide to purchase through our store, international customers are responsible for any VAT, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid fees or customs issues, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.

Unclaimed or Lost Packages
For packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed, please contact us at info@oldsoulmusic.com. We can arrange to resend the package, but additional shipping costs will be your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unclaimed or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Digital Downloads
All sales of digital albums are final. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a link to download your music. If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us at info@oldsoulmusic.com

Print-on-Demand Merchandise Return Policy
All merchandise items (such as T-shirts, hats, and apparel) are produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@oldsoulmusic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
