Every return, exchange, cancellation, and unclaimed package directly reduces the money that our artists depend on to live. Making a living as an artist is challenging, and our strict policies on returns and exchanges are designed to prioritize and protect their livelihoods. With that said, we will always do everything we can to help make your experience as positive as possible and get the highest quality products as quickly as we can. FAQs
When will my vinyl order ship?
We ship vinyl orders once a week, typically within 10 days of your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. Please note that we're a small team, so we appreciate your patience.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-ordered items will ship during the month indicated on the product page. We often ship earlier than the posted date, but please refer to the specified month to set your expectations. If your order includes multiple items, all items will ship together when the pre-ordered item is available. To receive available items sooner, please place separate orders.
When will my merch order ship?
Merch orders are printed on-demand and are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer. We have a good relationship with our merch supplier to manufacture high quality products and ship them well, but we have little control over their policies.
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
USA: 3-4 business days
International: 5-15 business days
What are limited edition pre-orders?
We occasionally offer exclusive limited edition vinyl records featuring unique versions of LPs. These limited editions are available for pre-order only for a specific period, typically 30 days.
- Pre-Order Period: During the 30-day window, you can place a pre-order to secure your copy of the limited edition release.
- Production Quantity: After the pre-order period ends, we manufacture only the number of vinyl records that were pre-ordered, plus a small additional run of less than 100 copies that will be made available after pre-orders are fulfilled.
- No Reprints: This special edition will never be reprinted in the same way again, making it unique to this event.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Well- kind of. Technically, we offer international shipping. However, we highly recommend purchasing from regional retailers to save on shipping costs and potential import fees. If there are no shipping options available for your country and you are willing to accept international shipping costs, contact us at info@oldsoulmusic.com and we'll figure something out together.
