We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@oldsoulmusic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
